Yogshala Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Yogshala! To help create a smooth and supportive experience for all our students, please review our booking policy: 1. Booking and Reservations Advance Booking: We recommend booking your class at least 24 hours in advance to secure your spot. Online Reservations: All bookings can be made online through our website. For assistance, please get in touch with us directly. Walk-Ins: Please note we don't accept Walk-ins. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling Individual Class Cancellation: Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled class time will receive a full refund or credit for a future class. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior are non-refundable. Membership and Package Classes: For members and package holders, late cancellations (under 24 hours) will result in the deduction of one session from the package. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your class up to 24 hours in advance without any fees. 3. Late Arrivals Arrival Time: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may not be permitted entry after the class has started to ensure a peaceful experience for all. 4. Membership and Package Expiry Package Validity: Class packages have an expiration period (e.g., 3 months for a 10-class package) and must be used within that time frame. Expiry dates cannot be extended. Membership Plans: Memberships are billed on a monthly basis, and classes do not carry over to the next month. 5. Refunds and Transfers Refunds: Refunds are not provided on membership fees or class packages once purchased, except under exceptional circumstances with management approval. Transfers: Memberships and packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others. 6. Health and Safety Health Waiver: All new students must complete a health waiver before participating in their first class. Health Precautions: If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you do not attend class. Let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule due to illness.
