Service Description
Begin before the world gets loud. Prana Awakening is Yogshala’s morning community practice, offered Monday to Friday at 6:30 AM as part of our Open Sadhana offering. This gentle yet energizing class blends breathwork, mindful movement, simple postures, and stillness to awaken prana — the vital life force carried through the breath. It is designed to help you begin the day feeling grounded, clear, and connected. Rooted in seva and offered as practice, this class is open to all levels, including complete beginners. It is especially created for anyone who wants to build a consistent morning rhythm without yoga feeling intimidating or inaccessible. Join us in person at Yogshala in Montreal West, or practice from home through our livestream.
