À propos de l'événement
In Indian spiritual traditions, Pūrṇimā, the full moon, represents fullness, illumination and the completion of a lunar cycle. It is traditionally regarded as an auspicious time for meditation, prayer, mantra and self-reflection.
Just as the moon becomes fully visible, this practice invites us to bring greater awareness to what has been growing within us our thoughts, emotions, intentions and inner patterns.
Through gentle movement, prāṇāyāma, mantra, guided meditation and silence, we pause to acknowledge what has matured, release mental heaviness and reconnect with a sense of clarity and inner stillness.
This is not simply meditation under the moon. It is an opportunity to step away from daily distractions and consciously observe:
What has become clear?
What has reached completion?
