Join us for our transformative Mantra Meditation sessions held four times a week, crafted to guide you toward a deeper sense of inner peace, clarity, and self-awareness. Through the repetition of Nirguna Mantras—pure, formless sounds that resonate with universal energies—you’ll experience a unique journey of connection to the vast, boundless essence of existence. Each session invites you to explore the profound effects of these ancient sounds, fostering a calm mind, open heart, and grounded spirit. What to Expect: Four Weekly Sessions: Attend mantra meditation four times each week to establish a strong, consistent routine. This regular practice allows you to immerse yourself in the mantras, reinforcing your inner focus and cultivating a state of lasting tranquility and balance. Nirguna Mantras (Formless Sounds): Each session will guide you through two powerful formless mantras. These mantras transcend specific deities or forms, focusing instead on the pure vibrations of sound. By using these sounds as a focal point, you’ll connect with deeper layers of your consciousness, promoting self-discovery and alignment with universal energies. Mantra and Breath Synchronization: We’ll explore the power of combining mantra repetition with mindful breathing techniques. By synchronizing each mantra with the rhythm of your breath, you’ll experience a harmonious flow that calms the nervous system, deepens concentration, and enhances your overall meditation experience. Supportive Guidance and Community: Our sessions provide gentle guidance to help you navigate your practice, whether you’re a beginner or experienced meditator. Cancellation Policy

Yogshala Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Yogshala! To help create a smooth and supportive experience for all our students, please review our booking policy: 1. Booking and Reservations Advance Booking: We recommend booking your class at least 24 hours in advance to secure your spot. Online Reservations: All bookings can be made online through our website. For assistance, please get in touch with us directly. Walk-Ins: Please note we don't accept Walk-ins. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling Individual Class Cancellation: Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled class time will receive a full refund or credit for a future class. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior are non-refundable. Membership and Package Classes: For members and package holders, late cancellations (under 24 hours) will result in the deduction of one session from the package. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your class up to 24 hours in advance without any fees. 3. Late Arrivals Arrival Time: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may not be permitted entry after the class has started to ensure a peaceful experience for all. 4. Membership and Package Expiry Package Validity: Class packages have an expiration period (e.g., 3 months for a 10-class package) and must be used within that time frame. Expiry dates cannot be extended. Membership Plans: Memberships are billed on a monthly basis, and classes do not carry over to the next month. 5. Refunds and Transfers Refunds: Refunds are not provided on membership fees or class packages once purchased, except under exceptional circumstances with management approval. Transfers: Memberships and packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others. 6. Health and Safety Health Waiver: All new students must complete a health waiver before participating in their first class. Health Precautions: If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you do not attend class. Let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule due to illness.
