Programs
Go beyond a single class and experience yoga through consistent practice, guided study, and meaningful community.
Our programs are designed for different levels of commitment—from weekly practices and monthly gatherings to intensive courses and professional teacher training.
Each offering combines traditional Haṭha Yoga with meditation, prāṇāyāma, philosophy, reflection, and practical guidance for everyday life.
Whether you are beginning your journey, deepening an existing practice, or preparing to teach, there is a path for you at Yogshala.
Weekly Programs
Weekly Chakra Yoga Classes
Our weekly chakra classes explore the relationship between the body, breath, mind, and subtle energy through the framework of the seven chakras.
Each class focuses on a particular chakra and its associated qualities, helping students observe how different areas of life may be reflected through the body, breath, emotions, habits, and patterns of thought.
The practice may include:
-
Classical Haṭha Yoga
-
Āsanas connected to the weekly chakra theme
-
Prāṇāyāma
-
Mantra
-
Meditation
-
Mudrā
-
Relaxation and reflection
Rather than treating the chakras as abstract ideas, these classes offer a practical way to explore stability, confidence, emotional balance, communication, concentration, and inner awareness.
Over time, students move through the chakra system progressively, creating a more complete and balanced practice.
